There were two studies published in the archives of Internal Medicine on December 14, 2009, that stated that the risk of cancer from CT scans is greater than originally thought. The catch is that the study is comparing CT scan radiation to exposure and effects experienced by atomic bomb survivors in Japan. Read full news release
