This event will kick off the FWB Chamber’s Annual Healthy Living Expo. Be sure to stick around after you finish running for awards and a post-run celebration just before the Expo begins at the Parish Life Center. The post run celebration will include food, libations and goody bags exclusively for runners and walkers. The Expo begins in the Parish at 10 a.m., so stay and discover what Fort Walton Beach has to offer you to help you live a healthier lifestyle.

The White-Wilson Medical Center “Run for the Health of it” 5K Run/Walk will benefit the White-Wilson Medical Foundation, which raises money to assist those in need of healthcare.
