FORT WALTON BEACH, Florida – March 31, 2026—White-Wilson Medical Center, P.A., announced the successful completion of its corporate restructuring and the closing of a strategic investment by Kain Capital. Concurrent with the acquisition, Brad Logan has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

The Kain Capital acquisition marks the conclusion of a restructuring process that began in October 2025, positioning the medical center for long-term sustainability. With a stronger financial foundation in place, White-Wilson Medical Center is now focused on accelerating growth, expanding access to care, and deepening its long-term commitment to the communities it has served for nearly eight decades.

Kain Capital partners with mid-sized healthcare companies to build on stand-out opportunities for transformational change, making White-Wilson a natural fit for its portfolio. “We are excited to enter into this agreement with Kain Capital and look forward to helping our patients achieve their best health through a personalized and integrated approach to care,” said Kenneth Persaud, M.D., President of White-Wilson Medical Center.

Incoming CEO Brad Logan brings a strong record of healthcare leadership to the role. With more than 30 years of experience leading physician organizations, he previously served as CEO of US Eye and COO of Complete Health. “White-Wilson has an extraordinary legacy of patient-centered care and a deeply dedicated team.
