Jose Luis, M.D.

Dr. Jose Luis has been practicing pediatrics since 1980, with extensive years in primary care pediatrics and as an urgent care physician for children. He strongly believes he was called to medicine and finds caring for children the most rewarding part of his work, a calling borne out by the many families who have trusted him with their children’s health over the decades.

At White-Wilson Pediatrics in Fort Walton Beach, Dr. Luis provides preventive care, well-child visits, physicals, along with the diagnosis and treatment of childhood illnesses, helping families keep their children healthy at every stage of development. His approach to care is thoughtful and deliberate: stepping back to fully understand each issue before determining the most appropriate path forward, always with the family’s best interest in mind.

Dr. Luis is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to connect comfortably with a broad range of families in the community.

Outside the office, Dr. Luis has been married for 52 years and is the proud father of three children and grandfather of five. He enjoys boating, fishing, horseback riding, flying, and cooking.
