Michelle Barrow, PA-C

Michelle Barrow is a board-certified physician assistant with more than 27 years of clinical experience in family medicine and urgent care. Originally from Northeast Ohio, PA-C Barrow relocated to Florida in 2008 and now calls Baker home.

Her path to medicine was shaped early in life. When her brother was born with medical issues, she witnessed firsthand the profound impact that dedicated nurses and doctors could have on a family. That experience ignited a lifelong passion for helping others, ultimately leading her to the physician assistant profession and a career built on compassionate, patient-centered care.

PA-C Barrow began her career in family medicine, where she developed the deep listening skills and diagnostic foundation that define her practice today. In 2008, she transitioned to urgent care and found her calling in caring for patients with acute medical needs while offering the warmth and attentiveness of a trusted primary care provider. Her approach is simple: meet every patient with a reassuring presence, listen closely to their concerns, and ensure they leave not just feeling better, but truly heard and confident in their recovery.

Throughout her career, PA-C Barrow has earned consistent recognition for exceptional patient satisfaction and outstanding teamwork. She has received Champion and Great Catch awards for going above and beyond.

Beyond the clinic, PA-C Barrow has participated in medical and non-medical mission trips to Mexico, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Brazil, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Eswatini, Kenya, and Finland. She has been married since 2014 and shares her home with five beloved rescue animals, three dogs and two cats. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her pets.
